A. The Defendant involved in the I Project was the field manager of J, Inc. in charge of “I Project Corporation,” which was ordered by the victim Wancheon Viewers from December 30, 2013 to June 7, 2014.
While the Defendant supplied ready-mixed among construction materials at government level through C, the Defendant agreed to be supplied with the government supply because the quantity of ready-mixed actually put in the quantity of ready-mixed as planned in the design plan around June 2014 remains.
