The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from March 4, 2014 to May 2, 2014, was the on-site manager of D Co., Ltd. in charge of “C” formed by the order of the office of each respective respective respective respective respective respective respective respective respective respective respective respective respective respective respective respective respective organizations.

While the Defendant supplied ready-mixeds among construction materials at the government level through E, the Defendant left ready-mixeds with the Defendant to receive supply at the government level on May 2014, because the actual quantity of ready-mixeds is less than the quantity of ready-mixeds planned in the design book.

In this case, the Defendant and the construction company shall undergo the process of changing the design and the process with the ordering agency for the remaining parts through consultation, but on the ground that the entire construction cost at the time of changing the design and design is reduced accordingly, the Defendant and the construction company requested F to issue the delivery document falsely as if the whole amount of ready-mixed was supplied according to the time and quantity planned in the design book, and F to the convenience of the construction company. Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to issue a false delivery document with F to have the construction company submit it to the ordering agency so that the construction company will receive the price of ready-mixed in excess of the actual quantity, while considering the convenience of the construction company.

Accordingly, on May 12, 2014, F was supplied only to the government-funded ready-mixed at the construction site at the above E office on April 12, 2014 at the request of the Defendant, and on April 28, 2014, even though there was no supply of ready-mixed on April 28, 2014, F was supplied with 27 metres on April 12, 2014; on April 28, 2014, F prepared a false supply document and delivered it to the Defendant as if he was supplied with 32 metres on April 28, 2014, and the Defendant submitted the aforementioned false supply document to the victim around that time.

As such, the Defendant, in collusion with F, supplied government-funded ready-mixeds to the construction site and put them into the construction site, as in collusion with F, and as such, the Defendant exceeded the above level of ready-mixeds around May 14, 2014.
