A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for the crime of extortion, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on June 29, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 17, 2012.
