1. Defendant A and Defendant B

(a) A person who intends to operate livestock product processing business shall obtain permission from a Mayor/Do Governor for each place of business, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry

From January 2008 to May 9, 2012, the Defendants conspireded to supply a raw chickens with a daily distribution period, and had a livestock product sales business license in the above I workplace with a livestock product sales business license to supply it to a ben's house. The Defendants engaged in the cryp site work in a way that the average of 150 maris per day of dilution of refined salt and sun-dried salt and dypate 2 hours per day.

As a result, Defendants conspired to engage in livestock product processing business without obtaining permission.

(b) No person who makes a false indication of the expiration date shall make a false indication, advertise or package in an exaggerated manner with respect to the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, quality of livestock products and their packaging;

Nevertheless, the Defendants keep the goods in the air conditioners.
