Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on October 6, 2012 and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 6, 2012.

At around 08:40 on April 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed a game by opening a game by putting the victim’s wall on his/her book; and (b) committed a theft by 50,000 won in cash; (c) resident registration certificate; (d) driver’s license; and (e) holding a new bank’s physical card; and (e) cutting off one color wall, which is the victim’s possession.
