1. The Defendant traded to the Plaintiff on February 8, 1983 with respect to the share of 18/58 out of 375 square meters of forest land B in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.

1. Facts recognized;

A. On June 1, 1964, Dong-gun completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the transfer of rights on January 1, 1963 with respect to Yangsan-gun C, 1041 square meters ( approximately 3,441.3 square meters) of forest land in Gyeyang-gun.

B. Two parcels of 5 square meters and 448 square meters are divided on February 28, 1979 from Yangsan-gun C Forest land of 1041 square meters (al. 3,441.3 square meters), and two parcels of 5 square meters and 448 square meters were divided, and thereafter 588 square meters in Yangsan-gun C Forest land were divided.

C. On February 8, 1983, the head of Yangsan-gun sold 164/58 of the 588 square meters out of the 588 square meters of Yangsan-gun C Forest land to Yangsan-gun, Yangsan-gun.

(hereinafter referred to as the "sale of this case").

However, with respect to the portion of 166/58/58/58/58/58/58/198/58/58/58/58/58/58/100 of the total amount of 588/100/58/100 in the name of D ownership as of February 10, 1983, the ownership transfer registration was made on February 8, 1983 for sale.

(hereinafter referred to as the "registration of transfer of this case").

As above, the sale certificate dated February 8, 1983, which is accompanied by the registration certificate of partial transfer of ownership in the name of D, is stated that the transferred part is 164/58.

F. On February 15, 1983, the administrative district of Yangsan-gun C forest land of 58 square meters was changed from Yangsan-gun to Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun on January 1, 1991.

G. On March 30, 1993, E completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 29, 1983 with respect to share of 331/58 of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun (Seoul-gun and Ulsan-gun prior to the alteration) with respect to share of 442/58 of Ulsan-gun, which is a part of 588 square meters of forest land (hereinafter “the forest of this case”).

H. On August 10, 200, Ulsan Metropolitan City completed a share transfer registration on February 15, 1983 with respect to shares of 111/58 of the forest land of this case on August 10, 200.

H. The Plaintiff, based on the agreement on the division of inherited property on February 10, 2003 between B, G, H, H, A, and I among the property successors of GD (Death in January 18, 2003), is a network on the land of Ulsan-gun C, Ulsan-gun, the forest of 58 square meters in accordance with the agreement on division of inherited property.
