Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A, who are practically operating a specialized driving school in U.S. E on the following grounds: (a) are a person who is delegated by the commissioner of a district police agency with regard to the acquisition of a driver’s license; (b) is in charge of overall duties concerning driving education and examination; and (c) Defendant B is a superintendent in charge of the education of subjects and skills and the operation of educational affairs of the said driving school; and (d) is a person who operates the said driving school in accordance with the direction of Defendant A

A person who intends to obtain a driver's license after receiving education from a specialized driving school shall enter his/her fingerprints in the "school management program" established therein, register his/her fingerprints with his/her fingerprints affixed on each of the above programs at the time of education, and verify whether a lecturer or an applicant has received the education by entering his/her fingerprints in the above program, and after conducting a skill examination and a driving test with respect to a student who has completed the completion of the course of education, he/she shall enter the score and success in the above program, and immediately transmit his/her education to the Federation of Specialized Driving Schools and the National Police Agency's school management program server.

However, while operating the above driving school, the Defendants offered profits by operating the driving school as if the students did not receive the actual driving education and the instructors did not receive the education.

2. Defendants’ co-principal conduct

A. The Defendants of obstruction of performance of official duties, such as public electronic records, etc. due to the false entry of the subject information data, shall be the specialized driving school, G instructor, skill examiner and H’s qualification code in the above FF Motor Vehicle Driving Specialized Driving School.
