Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who fails to register as a driving school in violation of the Road Traffic Act shall conduct driving education for automobiles, etc. conducted in the name of a driving school, etc. outside of the driving school, etc. in return for payment;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering a driving school in the Suwon-si B and the second floor, reported that D having operated an illegal vehicle driving school without registering the driving school, posted a job offering advertisement called “driving instructor recruitment” at the location of living information, etc. to employ a driving instructor, and agreed to receive 10,000 won per hour of the driving education, and was employed as a driving instructor of the said driving school from March 1, 2014 to March 22, 2015, the Defendant received 250,000 won tuition fees from the students of the first class driver who want to receive driving education using the Eststyna vehicle in the name of the Gyeyang-gu in the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the Defendant received 10,000 won from the students of the first class driver who want to receive the driving education using the Estyna vehicle volume, etc. and received about 24,260,000 won for each person’s driving education in the athletic area, such as the Suwon-gu.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without a driver’s license issued by the commissioner of a district police agency from March 1, 2014 to March 22, 2015, operated an aesthetic distance, such as driving from the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which is a residential area, to provide driving education due to the foregoing Eststyna vehicle volume, etc., from March 1, 2014 to March 22, 2015.
