Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,500,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendant
A was the 6th anniversary of June 4, 2014, the 6th anniversary of the implementation on June 4, 2014, who was the subordinate office of the F candidate for the head of Si/Gun/Gu nationwide election, and the defendant B was the issuer of the H Examination in south G.
Except as provided for in the Public Official Election Act, no one shall distribute, spread, post, or affix any newspaper, communication, magazine, or organ or other publication of any institution, organization, or facility, which carries an article about an election, in a way other than ordinary ways, or reproduce such article to distribute, spread, post, or affix it.
1. H newspapers, which are issued by Defendants B, are the weekly newspapers registered as general weekly newspapers, and are in principle distributed only to the readers who receive subscription fees of KRW 4,000 per month from the readers and pay subscription fees. From the issuance of 7,000 copies, 1,50-6,00 each time from 2013 to 2013. At around 2014, approximately KRW 5,000 each time issued 5,00 copies each time and distributed approximately KRW 2,800 among 5,00 copies each time to the readers by mail.
On June 1, 2014, the Defendants selected F candidates as F candidates at I on or around June 1, 2014; the advertisement supporting F candidates at the Emergency Countermeasure Committee for J Ja; the content that K organization intended to support F candidates; the introduction of F head of F Gun’s pledge to call E Tourism Rotte; the details that L candidates’ root was subject to search and seizure for suspicion of violation of the Public Official Election Act; and H newspapers (No. 34) on June 2, 2014, on which L candidates published an article that caused violence in E-Gun election (No. 34) to be distributed free of charge to many and unspecified electors; Defendant B did not issue and deliver H newspapers on June 2, 2014, more than 2,000, more than 7,000,000, more than 200,000, more than 70,000, and did not distribute 70,000, more than 70,000 electors.
