Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendants A who conspired to commit a crime in violation of the Public Official Election Act was registered on March 24, 2014 as a preliminary candidate for the Do-Si local election of the Do-dong local government on March 24, 2014, and Defendant B is a driver of the above A.
