A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, around January 16, 2017, posted a notice of D Public Notice No. 821 in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, stating that “D Public Notice No. 821,” which is an Internet trading site, will deliver the said notice to E to the victim E who visited him.

At around 18:22 of the same day from the victim, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, and took over KRW 90,000 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number F) in the name of the defendant.
