[20] Both Defendant A, B, and China, purchased a passbook under the name of another person in the Republic of Korea, and sent information on the account to China, and conspired in order to withdraw it in the Republic of Korea and transfer it to China if the victims were deposited into the passbook with the amount of damage caused by deceiving the victims to meet the conditions through the Internet.

In other words, the non-speaker had the role of inducing the victims to deposit money into the passbook with the Internet through China, G has the role of leading others to the recruitment of passbooks under the name of others, cash withdrawal, and remittance in Korea, Defendant A has the role of purchasing another person's passbook, Defendant B and H have the withdrawal of cash deposited in the passbook.

1. Defendant A and B

A. On September 23 to 24, 2013, the Defendants conspired with G and French victims, and posted an advertisement to the effect that the Defendants would have access to the Internet I and be able to reach South Korea on September 23, 2013, and that the Defendants would have access to the Internet I and be able to leave Korea on the Internet I, and this false statement was made to the effect that “the victims would be able to give up only the conditions upon deposit of the money.” However, the facts are as follows: (a) partial withdrawal of the money deposited by the victims was made out of China, and some Defendants were intended to use the money, and there was no intent or ability to give the victim to leave Korea only. Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with G and French victims; (b) obtained KRW 500,000,000 from 250 to 30,000,000 won on the following day to 230,000 won from 20,000 won on the following day to 23145,201.25
