Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of B rocketing taxi.
On September 27, 2016, the Defendant driven the above taxi at around 1:30 on September 27, 2016, and proceeded with approximately 20 km each hour at about 20 km along the three-lane distance from the side of the pharmaceutical zone shooting distance to the back of 241, Jung-gu, Seoul.
Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed at the front of that place, it is necessary to check whether a vehicle engaged in driving of a motor vehicle passes the intersection by reducing the speed and checking well the front side of the road, and to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the traffic signals and prevent the accident in advance.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and continued to proceed at the same speed in violation of the signal while the signal is changed to the stop signal, and from the right side of the proceeding direction to the left side of the victim C (hereinafter referred to as the victim C, 62 years old) who proceeded with the intersection in accordance with the new subparagraph, the front part of the Dworka car driven by the Defendant as the front part of the Defendant’s taxi, and the said Hasta car was driven by the Defendant as the front part of the victim E(53 years old) driving of the victim E(53 years old), who was driven in the four-lane, with the above Hasta car being pushed down on the right side, and was driven by the victim G(22 years) driving of the victim G (hereinafter referred to as the above 55-lane) who was driven in the five-lane way.
Ultimately, the Defendant’s occupational negligence requires approximately two weeks’ medical treatment to the victim I (the 73-year old passenger), the passenger of the taxi, such as catum and tension, which requires approximately two-day medical treatment to the victim J (the 46-year old passenger), on the part of the said victim C (the 62-year-old passenger), and on the part of the said victim C (the 62-year-old passenger), on the part of the catum and tension of the catum before the string that requires approximately two-day medical treatment.
