A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stored three lux 3 (Japanese No. D, E, and F) of the lux 303 of Gangnam-si Office Officetel 303 in the lux ctel film; (b) copied the front side by using a lux string machine; (c) copied the back on the same location; and (d) copied the part in the lux knx knife with an expression lux.

After that, the defendant puts Chapter 4 of 10,00 won in the film for co-rating (Japanese No. G, H, I, and J) and copied the reproduced part by the same method.

In addition, for the purpose of exercising the period from February 13, 2013 to February 13, 2013, the Defendant forged Chapter 30,000,00 won and KRW 178,00,00,00 in total, three times in the Republic of Korea, such as the Schedule I.

2. 위조통화행사 및 사기 피고인은 2013. 1. 30. 20:20경 강릉시 K에 있는 피해자 L이 운영하는 ‘M’에서 시가 합계 12,000원 상당의 찐빵 20개를 구입하면서 제1항의 기재와 같이 위조한 일만원권 2장을 마치 진정하게 발행된 화폐인 것처럼 피해자에게 건네주고 거스름돈 8,000원을 되돌려 받았다.

In addition, between February 9, 2013 and February 9, 2013, the Defendant enticed victims by the same means in total of 23 times, such as the attached Table II, and acquired goods and money equivalent to KRW 9,40,000 in total from the victims, i.e., defrauded them, and exercised forged currencies.

[2013Gohap9] On February 9, 2013, the Defendant purchased bean amounting to KRW 2,000,000 in the market price at the store operated by the victim’s name in Gangseo-si N market, and received 8,000 won in the name of the victim, as if he/she was a currency in which he/she was actually issued a genuinely, by purchasing bean amounting to KRW 2,00 in the market price.

Then, the defendant is a victim's name-free winner.
