Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around 04:50 on July 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was disputing the Cpublic Security Center located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu; (b) paid KRW 6,000 of the taxi fare from the police officer, other than the police officer, who was called up upon receiving a report, and ordered the competent authority to file a civil petition against the taxi operator; and (c) did not comply with this, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the patrol and the movement of the patrol vehicle for about 20 minutes by blocking the front of the patrol vehicle, opening a door door of the patrol vehicle, and cutting it down.
