1. 피고인 A의 범행 피고인은 2014. 11. 6. 23:30경 울산 동구 E에 있는 F노래방 3번 룸에서 피해자 G(남, 42세), B와 같이 술을 마시던 중 피해자에게 말을 함부로 한 것으로 인하여 피해자와 말다툼을 하게 되자, 순간적으로 화가 나, 위험한 물건인 맥주잔을 손에 쥔 상태로 피해자의 얼굴을 때릴 듯이 휘두르고, 피해자가 양손으로 이를 막자 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 1회 때리고, 재차 위험한 물건인 맥주병을 집어던져 벽을 맞추어 그 파편이 피해자의 무릎, 손등에 맞게 하였다.
