Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. As the land survey project was implemented on November 25, 1914, the cadastral map was prepared and registered on the old land cadastre was divided on July 27, 1995, while the land was divided on November 21, 1997, the X,Y, Z, AAB, AB, AC, and AD land was combined and became 5,075 square meters prior to the division.
After September 11, 1998, the land category of M was divided into 492 square meters in the above land, and the land category was changed to the site, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 21, 2001.
In addition, N 791 square meters and the ownership transfer registration was completed on September 23, 2003. On December 11, 2003, 331 square meters prior toO, P 141 square meters were divided, and 319 square meters prior to N, and the land category was changed on September 21, 2006.
B. As the forest survey project was implemented on June 20, 1920, the forest land map was prepared on June 20, 1920 and registered in the forest land register was under the circumstances of AE.
Since then, the ownership of the said land prior to the said subdivision was transferred to the network AF, and the said land was divided into 43 square meters of AG forest land on November 11, 1992 and 71 square meters of AH forest land on July 28, 1995 (after that, the said land was changed to the road category on August 24, 2007), and J Forest 6,927 square meters of land.
(hereinafter “instant land”) and as the net AF died on January 31, 2012, the Plaintiffs, their children, inherited the instant land.
C. Before the division, the land map was prepared on July 20, 1920 and registered in the forestry register on July 20, 1920. On December 29, 1967, the AJ forest was divided into 10,512 square meters, and the AJ forest was subject to registration conversion into X road on the same day.
AK Forest 22,413 square meters was divided into 16,300 square meters of K forest on November 28, 1983. On November 11, 1992, AL forest 3,92 square meters was divided, and registration conversion was made on September 23, 1993.
