A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Criminal facts

On November 25, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc.) at the Suwon District Court on November 25, 201 and completed the execution of the said punishment on November 24, 201.

1. On December 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a Maz car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.115% at a section of about 10km from the front of a restaurant where it is impossible to know the trade name in Ischeon-si; (b) from the front of the restaurant where it is impossible to identify the name in Ischeon-si to the front of the restaurant in front of the restaurant, Gwangju-si, the Defendant driven a Maz car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.115%.

2. On December 29, 2013, the Defendant engaged in the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 12:30, in the Gwangju Police Station E District located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si; (b) as a result of a breath alcohol measurement by a breathr on the breath of alcohol, the blood alcohol level was confirmed to 0.115%; (c) the Defendant breath tobacco in the said district building; (d) stored the Defendant’s cell phone on the floor; (d) boomed the Defendant’s cell phone; and (e) boomed the F from the police officer belonging to the said district unit; and (e) breath of the breath of alcohol level, the Defendant breathddddddd the F’s face and head by arresting the police officer arrested in the act of committing an act of committing a crime and bucking the bucker to G and walk the buck.
