Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2020, around 01:56, the Defendant driven a DMW 530i car under the influence of alcohol content 0.07% from the 15.4km section to the exclusive road near the Changwon-gun, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, in the south of Gangwon-do, from the c front of the road located in Seocheon-si B, to the 38 national highway located in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.
