Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a B New EF Last or other car.

On March 16, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car on March 14:45, 2019, and, at the south of the Gangwon-do, 38 countries in the south of the Gangwon-do, along the two-lane road, proceeded along the two-lanes from the south of the Gangwon-do.

At all times, the two lanes are exclusive lanes of two lanes and vehicles are frequent, so the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by properly operating the steering gear and brakes in a clear spirit at all times and safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant left a road on the left-hand side of the course direction by neglecting this, and the Defendant left the road on the front-hand side of the course direction and fell out of the road due to the drones owned by the Victim's Sticking National Land Management Office.

As a result, the Defendant damaged the above victim’s repair cost of KRW 7,575,00, such as Divesday owned by the said victim by occupational negligence.

2. The defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate a motor vehicle as a holder of Category B New Flaunet other motor vehicles, or a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the road;

Nevertheless, at around 14:45 on March 16, 2019, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance in front of each tunnel, even 38 countries located in the south of the Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.
