Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud on October 19, 201 at the Suwon Friwon, and was released on June 28, 2013, and the parole period expired on October 17, 2013.

[Criminal facts] A person who is not a national sports promotion corporation and a trustee of the Seoul Olympic Winter Games shall not engage in an act of offering property or property benefits to those who win the results by issuing voting rights for sports promotion or others similar thereto, and no person shall do so by using the above act.

1. On July 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited AD office located in Suwon-si AC using a computer installed therein, etc. to AE “AE” (hereinafter “AE”); (b) deposited KRW 1,00,000 to AH bank account in the name of AG designated by the said site operator as a deposit account for gambling money; (c) deposited the corresponding game money; and (d) paid dividends in an amount equal to the dividend rate; and (e) received a total of KRW 1,50,000 from the said site to the sports game; and (e) received a total of KRW 30,000 to 9,000 to 1,50,000 from the date of the sports competition; and (e) received a dividend of KRW 1,50,000 to 350,000,000 from the date of the sports competition; and (e) re-deposited the same by means of attached Table 19,150,000 won.

2. On May 22, 2015, Defendant AB accessed “AE” to “AE”, a Internet private sports soil site, at the M office located in Suwon-si Suwon-si AC by using smartphones, etc., and Defendant AB used game money in a certain percentage of the amount paid by the above site operator and the amount lost by gambling workers registered at the lower part of the Defendant’s lower part.
