Punishment of the crime

1. On January 5, 2015, at around 21:30, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., refusal of measurement) and the Defendant brought a dispute to C and C on the ground that a taxi driven by C while driving a knife vehicle on the front side of the Jindo Public Security Center located in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, and later, C and C filed a report to the police and sent the police.
