A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, it shall be gold.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 12, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, around Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Around March 2, 2017, after receiving a report from the Defendant that the Defendant was parked in a parked vehicle, and the police officer of the Seoul Gangnam Police Station D District Unit of the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, which called the Defendant, proposed the Defendant to arbitrarily embark on the police officer’s seat and put him in the house of the Defendant located in the squad. The Defendant demanded the police officer to arbitrarily embark on the police officer’s seat to move to the rear seat over about 10 minutes, and the said police officer instructed him/her to move to the rear seat without any special reason under the influence of alcohol. In doing so, the Defendant saw him/her on his/her hand, and her boomed him/her with his/her canter, boomed him/her two times with his/her her son, boomed his/her head, four times his/her son, and her fingered his/her hand by assault.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order of police officers and the prevention of crimes.

2. Around March 21, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was arrested in flagrant offender on the grounds of the crimes, such as paragraph (1), at the D District District District of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Seoul Seoul Southern Police Station D; and (b) was under the influence of alcohol; (c) the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance over about 20 minutes, including, but not limited to, “abstine flag, flag, flag, flag,” and, without any justifiable reason, the police officers at the place where he was under the influence of alcohol.”

As a result, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, conveyed by very rough words and conducts at the above police station, which is a government office, by drinking or slicking.

3. On March 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was investigated at the office of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Station-type office of 113, Jingu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for criminal facts described in paragraphs (1) and (2); (b) discovered the victim G (24 years) who was being examined as a separate case at the bed; and (c) under the influence of alcohol, she was bread while taking a bath to “fins without being wraped, kick,” without any justifiable reason.
