No one shall arrange, solicit, induce, or compel sexual traffic in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables, or other financial benefits from unspecified persons.

B directed Defendant A of the work of arranging sexual traffic to unspecified persons at the same marina shop.

A around December 20, 2019, around 20:35, by reporting "E" on the Internet-based advertising site at the above-mentioned marina business establishment, and pretending to be the customer, A arranged commercial sex acts by allowing F police officers in charge of crackdown F to receive 170,000 won in cash for commercial sex acts, and arranging commercial sex acts by allowing F officers in charge of crackdown F to have commercial sex acts with 90 minutes of commercial sex acts.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic.
