1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 39,192,778 and KRW 30,905,478 among them, from July 26, 2005 to May 26, 2006.

According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, each fact is recognized, and therefore the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff the amount set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article.

As to this, Defendant A Co., Ltd recognized the cause of the claim, but the representative liquidator C was granted immunity by the Gwangju District Court 2010,2325, and thus, it cannot accept the claim in this case. However, the claim against Defendant A Co., Ltd. is a claim for a corporate company, not a claim for the performance of the representative against an individual, and thus,
