1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 58,082,746 and the amount of KRW 31,066,218 from September 15, 2015 to the day of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement Nos. 1 through 4, the facts constituting the grounds for the claim can be acknowledged. As such, the Defendant Company is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the money stated in the order.

The defendant company asserts that since the representative liquidator B of the defendant company was granted immunity, the plaintiff company cannot comply with the plaintiff's claim of this case.

However, the plaintiff's claim of this case is not a claim against the representative liquidator B of the defendant company against the defendant company, but a claim against the defendant company. Thus, the reason why the representative liquidator was granted immunity cannot be a ground for defense against the plaintiff's claim of this case. Thus, the defendant company's claim cannot be accepted.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
