Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person operating company C in Ilyang-gu, Busan-si, and D is a brobeer to recruit Vietnam who wishes to enter the Republic of Korea from Vietnam to be a foreigner of the nationality of Vietnam and to be employed in the Republic of Korea, and arrange the defendant.

No one shall invite an alien by fraudulent means, such as a false fact or false fidelity guarantee, to allow the alien to enter the Republic of Korea.

However, in order to prevent illegal stay of Vietnames, the state diplomatic missions abroad and authorities of Vietnam examine closely the procedures for issuing visass to Vietnames, and in particular, the examination of issuance of visas that enable job-seeking activities is more strict and the demand of Vietnames to enter the Republic of Korea, but it is difficult to enter the Republic of Korea upon obtaining visas.

According to this plan, the defendant at the above C office around April 2016, and at the above C office, the passport photographs and personal information of Vietnam from the above D, and the name, address, and contact information of the representative of Vietnam business.
