Punishment of the crime

[2013 high-level 3894] The Defendant is a business owner who operates a key bank with the trade name of “C” from the 5th floor of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

No person shall conduct any job placement, recruit workers, or supply workers with intent to have them find a job in a job in which sexual traffic or other obscene acts are conducted.

Nevertheless, the defendant, around September 2013, placed a worker recruitment advertisement on the Internet site "D (E)" and reported it to F (F) who was found to have been engaged in the work of 40,000 won on the condition that he would pay 23 years of age to F (F).

As such, the Defendant recruited female employees for the purpose of having them engage in duties where obscene acts are conducted.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from the early July 2013 when operating the above business, had a worker recruitment advertisement be placed in the Internet site "D (E)" on August 5, 2013 at the end of the same month, and reported it to G (25 years of age) who was found in the Internet site on August 5, 2013, and paid 20,000 won and 40,000 won per hour to the above kis and kis on the condition that she would pay 30,000 won and 40,000 won per hour.

As such, the Defendant recruited female employees for the purpose of having them engage in duties where obscene acts are conducted.
