Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No job placement, recruitment of workers, or supply of workers shall be made for the purpose of having them find a job in a job where sexual traffic or other obscene acts are conducted.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while operating a key in the name of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C”, placed an advertisement for the recruitment of employees in the KIKO on “D”, which is the Internet job-seeking site, and thereafter employed three female employees, such as E (V, 19 years old), who was found in the above key room on April 10, 2013, and received 30 million won from customers, and paid 30 million won to the said female employees and 40,000 won per hour, respectively. Such female employees had the said female employees do obscene acts, such as kis, to customers in the enclosed room located in the above key room.

No job placement, recruitment of workers, or supply of workers shall be conducted for the purpose of having them find a job in a job where sexual traffic or other obscene acts are conducted.

Nevertheless, on July 2013, the Defendant operated a key room with the trade name of "C" in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and operated it in Gangseo-gu on the Internet Job-seeking Site B, and placed two female employees, such as F (n, 19 years old), etc. found by the introduction of a friendship, and received 30,000 won from customers and paid 40,000 won to the said female employees for 30,000 won and 40,000 won per hour, respectively, and the said female employees had them do obscene acts, such as kis, to customers at the closed room in the said key room.

As a result, the defendant recruited workers for the purpose of having them find a job where obscene acts are conducted.
