A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2015, at around 21:40, the Defendant: (a) taken a measure to have the driver of a vehicle in his and her and scambed at the Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-gun, on the ground that: (b) the Defendant, while serving in the situation, took a bath of “a scambling scambling, scambling, well-known scambling,” and assaulted B on the left side and the lower part of B’s left-hand face.
