A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 27, 2018, the Defendant made a public performance and obscene act by exposing the body throughout 31 times from October 22, 2017 to May 27, 2018, in the front corridor of the “C English Research Institute” of the commercial building located in Ansan-gu B, Ansan-si, and taking pictures of the body of the body, as indicated in attached Table 1.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Influence of sexual purpose) infringed on the above commercial building, which is a public use place used by many and unspecified persons, for the purpose of achieving his/her sexual purpose, such as exposing the body at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), photographing the body, taking pictures, etc., and invaded on eight times from December 8, 2017 to May 27, 2018.

3. No one shall distribute or openly exhibit any obscene codes, words, sound, image, or motion picture through information and communications networks by persons promotion of the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information.

The Defendant exposed the body at the same date, time, and place as set forth in Paragraph 1, and took photographs of the body, put the body pictures into the public account of the Defendant of SNS D, an information and communications network, and posted a notice to enable anyone to see the Defendant’s body pictures when accessing the Defendant’s account, and displayed the Defendant’s body pictures on 25 occasions from April 8, 2018 to May 27, 2018, and openly displayed the obscene images via an information and communications network, as indicated in Table 3 of Crime Sovers.
