A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (obscenity distribution) (hereinafter “Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act”) connected the Defendant’s personal data program using the Defendant’s cell phone device in the Defendant’s residence located in the first week B apartment 411 Dong 1502, and posted one video recorded in the Defendant’s personal data and a copy of the Defendant’s b body photograph, so that many unspecified persons can be seen.

Accordingly, the Defendant displayed obscene images and videos through information and communication network.

2. On March 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (obscenity) and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter referred to as the “Lamera, etc.”) posted obscene pictures, videos, etc. through the Kamero Group in mobile community in a cromatic manner to the effect that dynamic images exposed to the upper half and dance at a superscopon club and were disseminated through the Internet, which were unfavorable to “C” and have been exposed to the change of their personal pictures, etc., and then received an interest from the members of the said Kamero Group.
