The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant charged with the instant charges is the head of the C king Research Center D D D health clubs with the second floor underground of the research dong located in Guang-si, Guang-si, and the victim E (Nam and 26 years old) is the employees of the above health clubs.

On June 17, 2019, at around 15:25, the Defendant assaulted the victim at least five times, on the ground that the victim was stroke or personal telephone in the health club, etc., “I am stroke, stroke, stroke, stroke, stroke, stroke, stroke, and stroke, even if I am stroke, I am stroke, stroke, and stroke.”
