Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2013. 11. 17. 01:00에서 같은날 01:20사이 평택시 B 앞 포장마차 내에서 술을 마시던 피해자 C(23세,남)과 몸이 부딪쳤다는 이유로 피해자 C에게 "뭘봐"라고 하면서 손으로 뺨을 1회 때리고, 이후 피고인와 시비를 피하기 위해 포장마차 밖으로 나와있는 피해자 C에 얼굴을 주먹으로 1회 때리고 발로 허벅지를 걷어차고, 피해자 D(23세,남)에 얼굴을 주먹으로 수차례 때리고, 피해자 E(23세,남)에 얼굴을 주먹으로 수차례 때리고, 피해자 F(23세,남)의 얼굴을 주먹으로 수차례 때려 폭행을 하였다.

As a result, the defendant suffered 14-day injury from the victim C, 14-day injury of the treatment days due to the inside of the victim D, the injury of the victim E, 14-day injury of the treatment days due to the outside of the right, the injury of the victim E, and the injury of the victim F for 14-day injury of the treatment days due to the outside of the right side, and the injury of the victim F due to the front side and the inspection.
