Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 1, 2015, violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. (Joint Violence) and the Punishment of Violences, etc. (Joint Violence) Act (Joint Violence) around 03:00 on January 1, 2015, Defendant A attempted to use money at any time on the grounds that the said drinking house is bad because it was impossible for a woman to talk with him, and that he was bad, Defendant A attempted to use money at any time on the ground that he was unable to talk with him at the above drinking house, and sent him to the victim D (ma, 29 years old) (ma, South and 23 years old) who was living at that place, and sent him his face one time.
