A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On May 16, 2014, from around 11:15 to 11:30 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s reading room business by force by force, such as: (a) the Defendant, at the reading room operated by the victim C in Kimhae-si, who was drunk and fried by the students in the reading room in the front of the reading room; and (b) the Defendant, who was working in the reading room in the above reading room, voiced the students in the reading room, “I are well frily flick, I are well flick, but I are well flick, I are well flick, I do so”; and (c) the Defendant interfered with the victim’s reading room business.

B. On May 16, 2014, from around 16:50 to 17:50 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s reading room’s business by force by force, such as: (a) the sound of “D” to the general officer in charge of reading room who works in the reading room for the same reason as paragraph (a) of Article 1 in the reading room for the same reason as paragraph (a).

C. On May 16, 2014, from around 18:50 to 19:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s reading room’s business by force by force, such as: (a) the Defendant’s noise, etc., that read “D” in the reading room for the same reason as Article 1(a); and (b) obstructed the victim’s reading room’s business by force, by forcing the students who opened the room at that place to avoid disturbance, such as “this spule and spule” sound, and preventing them from having the students study in the reading room.

2. At around 18:50 on May 16, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s shoulder up to the victim G in front of the “D” reading room as described in paragraph (a) of Article 1, without any justifiable reason, by breathing the victim’s shoulder, such as booming the victim’s desire to read “Ise, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle. Isle. Isle. Is. am.).”
