A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence 36 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months and 2 years of suspended sentence for attempted larceny in Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and on May 12, 2010, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months and 2 years of suspended sentence for larceny, and on August 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 6 months from the Busan District Court for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jinju Prison on August 11, 2013

1. From August 24, 2013 to 16:00, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) revoked the lock locking device of the clothes 1.2 million won at the victim E-owned market price of 1.2 million won in cash 1.2 billion won in each place, one 40,000 won in cash 50,000 won in each place, and one mobile phone 50,000 won in each market value of 313,00 won in each place, and one mobile phone 5,00,000 won in each market value of 50,000 won in each place, and one 17,000,000 won in each cell phone in each of the following ways: from around that time, the Defendant committed a theft on another’s property (i.e., the victim’s property) by means of attached Table 17:13 to November 30, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property worth 18,608,000 won in total over 17 times.

2. Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 16:33 November 2013, the Defendant purchased a stack, etc. at the home-pluger store located in Busan-dong 624-7, Busan-dong, and (b) did not have the intent or ability to pay the price normally, and (c) as if he was the lawful holder of the KB National Card that was stolen as stated in the [Attachment] List of Crimes No. 7, the Defendant: (a) provided the said credit card to the Defendant, who presented the said card to the Defendant, signed on the signature column of the sales slip; and (b) signed the sales slip by 81,700 won in total at the market price from the said employee.
