Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On September 20, 2014, around 06:06, the Defendant obstructed the restaurant business by the threat of force between about 20 minutes and 20 minutes, on the part of the victim C (46 Does, South) located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan (D cafeteria) and other customers and employees in the “D cafeteria” operated by the victim C (46 Does, Nam).

On March 1, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the business of the above 30 minutes, including but not limited to go through the door to the heading room 202 operated by the Victim R (68 tax, Credit) located in Q of Busan Dong-gu, Busan, the date of the lower order, around 10:0, the Defendant obstructed the business of the above 30 minutes, including but not limited to go through the door.

G. On March 2015, the Defendant is operated by the Victim U (58 tax, female) located in Busan Dong-gu T around 05:00 on March 2015.
