1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,018,773 as well as KRW 20,00,000 among them, from July 29, 2015 to the day of full payment.

According to the purport of the evidence Nos. 1 through 8 and the entire pleadings, the facts constituting the cause of the claim (Provided, That the “creditor” shall be deemed the Plaintiff, and the “debtor” shall be deemed the Defendant) are recognized. As to KRW 22,018,773 and the leased principal of KRW 20,000,000, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 28% per annum from July 29, 2015, the date following the base date for calculating the principal and interest, to KRW 17.41% per annum, the overdue interest rate of KRW 17.41% per annum, the credit card principal used from July 29, 2015 to the date of full payment, from July 29, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
