A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) was a person working as a marina branch at the shop in the “C” 2-dong, Seoyang-gu, Manyang-si; (b) had a female guest who found the place and had the female guest find the place, and had the guest look at it, and had the guest look at it as if he were a process of general marina; and (c) had the customer look at it; and (d) had the customer engage in similar rape or rape.

1.
