Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on March 28, 2017, the police officer sent a cigarette butts around the front of the police box located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City so that police officers were unable to return the knife the knife and avoid the disturbance, and the police officer corrected the entrance to the police box; and (b) the Defendant left the cigarette butts without permission.
