Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. V. The process of confirming the status of the buyer between the buyer and U.S. seller is 1) ELP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ELP”).
2) The project site in this case shall be 24 lots, such as Gangwon-gu W (hereinafter “instant project site”).
3) The business of newly constructing and selling V, a multi-household complex newly built on the ground (hereinafter “instant business”).
(2) The Plaintiff G, N,O, and P, as well as the rest of the Plaintiffs and X, X, and Y (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the instant buyers”) together with the rest of the Plaintiffs and X, and Y, paid the sales price by selling V from ELP as listed below (hereinafter referred to as “each sales contract in the instant case”).
