1. The Plaintiff:
A. 1) As to Defendant B’s KRW 314,177,821 and KRW 114,626,694 among them, Defendant C and D respectively.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation, a trustee in bankruptcy of the U.S. Credit Union (hereinafter “U.S.”) filed a lawsuit seeking damages against U.S. executives and employees of the Daejeon District Court 2003Kahap420, for illegal loans, such as excess loans on credit limit, etc. by Defendant A, network S, net T, V, W, X, X, Y, Z, AAB, AC, AD (hereinafter “former Defendants”), and then filed a lawsuit seeking damages against the Defendant A, the credit guarantor, or his heir.
On May 4, 2005, the above court rendered a judgment that "the previous defendants shall pay 5% interest per annum from May 11, 2004 to May 4, 2005 and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, to the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation, the trustee in bankruptcy, "the amount of damages" as stated in the "Compensation and Joint Liability Table", and Y shall pay 5% interest per annum from May 11, 2004 to May 4, 2005, and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and Y shall pay the above amount jointly and severally with each of the pertinent defendants as stated in the "the scope of joint and several liability".

B. From among the Defendants of the previous cases, X, AA, AB, AC, and AD appealed, and the part on X in the said appellate trial (Seoul High Court 2005Na4732) was determined by the Reconciliation recommendation of August 31, 2006, stating that “X shall pay 350,000,000 won to the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation, which is the trustee in bankruptcy, until October 31, 2006, and the unpaid amount shall be paid in addition to an amount at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the date of the above payment to the day of full payment.”
C. On April 30, 2009, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation, the UAD trustee of UA, changed its trade name from the Plaintiff (the “CF”) on April 30, 2009 to the following amount among the claims against the Defendant A, the network S, the network T and V, which became final and conclusive in the above case.
