Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On September 10, 2017, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) cafeteria operated by the victim C in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu; (b) without any reason, the Defendant, without the reason under the influence of alcohol, expressed the victim the disturbance, such as “the hack-top loak loak of the same-year loak loak,” which read as “the loak loak loaked loak,” thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business
