Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2017, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol at the D main points in the operation of the Victim C in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. on March 27, 2017, was able to play music with a portable phone, and was asked by the Victim E to reduce music noise. On this matter, the Defendant, who was an employee, was in the presence of a large number of unspecified customers, was hived against the victim E, and was in the presence of a large number of customers.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim C's main business by force for about three hours, and openly insulting the victim E.
