Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 18:40, at the street road located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, 79-1, the Defendant collected money from the victim B (the 42 years of age) to pay the money later; (b) however, the victim was unable to pay the money later; (c) the victim was satisfing the ebbbbbbbbbing and was pushed back with the victim’s face twice, and the victim’s face was satisfing twice.
