A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution by the Jeonju District Court on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving).

1. The Defendant is in G emull with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.095% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license for a temporary driving motor vehicle as referred to in the preceding one.
