A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 18, 2018, the obstruction of performance of official duties, and the Defendant: (a) on the road for the scambling distance in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) on the road for the use of drinking distance; and (c) on the road for the scambling distance, there was a person suspected of driving under drinking on the road for the use of drinking skills; and (d) on the part of the Defendant, he was asked by C about whether he was driving under drinking, from the circumstances belonging to the Seoul Song-gu Police Station B District; (b) “an informant and a police officer are under the same speed; (c) whether he will not move off; and (d) he was sealed by the victim D (n) on the scambling bridge in order to prevent the Defendant.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the drinking control and criminal investigation, and at the same time, the victim suffered injuries, such as knee knee knee, requiring medical treatment for about two weeks

2. Around 00:20 on May 18, 2018, the Defendant was demanded to comply with a drinking test by inserting a drinking measuring instrument, for the reason that there are reasonable grounds to recognize that he/she was driving of a G Malaysia in the influence of alcohol, such as drinking alcohol, smelling alcohol, a little string, red, and routing off, etc., in Seoul Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and from F, the background leading up to the said earth and police officers belonging to the said earth and police officers.

As a result, the defendant interferes with the legitimate execution of duties of police officials in relation to global conditions and criminal investigation, and does not comply with the drinking test of police officials without any justifiable reason.
