A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Forgery of private documents;
A. On September 5, 2013, the Defendant prepared and printed “AA100-0, 100-H18, 0.18x1042x1242 (m)” in the “A100-0, 1.6x914x914x2438 (m)” on the part indicated as “A100-H18, 18x1042x1242 (m)” in the “A100-0, 1.6x914x2438 (m)” from among the seal strength column of “3.3 mechanical character”, “15.3.3 and 20.8,” and “13.2 and 19.0” in the “B-do-type strength” column, “1,5.0” and “1,5.0” as a computer, respectively, and added and printed out the same parts as “1,5.5.0”
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, the Defendant forged one copy of the material inspection report (No.D) in the name of “Aluminum Co., Ltd.”, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact.
B. The Defendant prepared and printed “A100-0-0” on the part indicated as “A1050-0” among the materials inspection test report (No. 1.) at the date and place mentioned above, and added the damaged parts, and copied the above test report on the part indicated as “A1050-0” among the materials inspection test report (No. 1. 1. 1.0), and on the part indicated as “3. mechanical character” as “10.2, 6.1, 2.0, 2.0, and 30, on the part indicated as “public column” among the seal robbery column of “3. 3. mechanical character,” the Defendant added the parts written as “10.7, 7.6, 2.5,” and 30, respectively, by means of a computer, respectively.
As a result, the defendant forged one copy of the material inspection report(E) in the name of the "U.S. aluminium Co., Ltd., which is a private document related to the certification of facts for the purpose of exercising.
2. On September 11, 2013, the Defendant issued two copies of the forged materials inspection test report at the Navy headquarters located in Jinhae-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, as described in paragraph (1) of the said Article, to the tallyman and its affiliated inspectors, who are aware of the forgery.
