1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company that manufactures and sells electric power and electronic devices, and Defendant Symna Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Symnaty”) for the purpose of manufacturing and selling them, and Defendant Symnaty batteries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Symnaum batteries”) for the purpose of manufacturing and selling various storage batteries.

B. On July 9, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Incheon Regional Government Procurement Service on the supply and installation of anless electric power source (UNS) to the UPS room (hereinafter “UPS room”) within the Kimcheon-si Office (hereinafter “UPS”), which is located in 141 as the electric power source of Kimcheon-si, with the non-party National Agricultural Product Quality Management Service (hereinafter “UPS room”), and as a result, entered into a contract with the Non-party 355,63,000 won.

The specific delivery and installation items under the above contract are two UPS machinery, two distribution units, three hundred distribution units, one form of MBP panel, UPS and one distribution line cables, and two distribution units for storage of distribution units.

C. On September 27, 2013, the Plaintiff purchased 360 shippers produced by Defendant Sympum batteries (hereinafter “instant shippers”) from Defendant Sympum, and at the time, Defendant Sympum agreed to request Defendant Sympum to install the instant shippers.

On November 23, 2013, the Plaintiff first installed two UPS machinery and two spons for storage of distribution machines in the UPS room, and the Defendant Spack batteries installed the instant spons by dividing the instant spons by 180 each of the instant spons into two parts (hereinafter “spons”). Finally, the Plaintiff performed the sponsing work between UPS machinery and distribution banks.
